Following multiple fires, Clark Real Estate Company purchased and undertook a complete and extensive rehabilitation of this 14-unit apartment building in Champaign Illinois. What began as a severely damaged structure was transformed through a full interior rebuild, including total reframing of the building to restore structural integrity and bring the property back to life safely and efficiently.
